Class 1 – NEAT Approach: This session highlights the major health risks of a sedentary lifestyle and introduces N.E.A.T. (Non‑Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) as a simple, sustainable way to increase daily movement and calorie burn without formal workouts. You will learn how small, consistent activities—like standing more, taking the stairs, walking during breaks, or adding movement at home—can significantly support weight management, glucose control, mood, and long‑term health. The session encourages choosing 1–2 realistic N.E.A.T. actions to implement immediately and using accountability and tracking to stay consistent.
