Join Our Series: The GLP-1 Blueprint – Nutrition for Lasting Change: Are you using GLP-1 medications and wondering how to optimize your nutrition for better results? This three-part series is designed to give you practical, science-based strategies for lasting health.

Register for tuesdays @ 12:00 p.M. CT 6/16 – 6/30 (Series)

Class 1 – Building Your Foundation. Discover the essentials of nutrition while on GLP-1 medications. Learn what a balanced plate looks like and how to create meals that support your goals.

Class 2 – Nutrients that Matter. Take a deeper dive into the key nutrients that help improve health outcomes. Understand what your body needs and how to incorporate these nutrients into your daily routine.

Class 3 – Everyday Tips for Success. Get actionable tips and tricks for navigating day-to-day life. From meal ins and outs to physical activity recommendations, we’ll help you build habits that stick.

 


Overcoming Emotional Eating

A 6-week series designed to help you overcome emotional eating. Each session will focus on different aspects of emotional eating, providing practical tools and strategies to foster healthier eating habits.

 

Register for tuesdays @ 6:00 p.M. CT 6/2 – 7/7 (Series)

Class 1 – Emotional Awareness. You will practice pausing to notice the emotions that drive emotional eating, and you are introduced to the Feelings Wheel as a guidance tool.

Class 2 – Recognizing Eating Patterns. Explore common eating patterns and behaviors. You’ll practice noticing the time of day, location, people or things present, and recent choices or experiences—and learn how pausing in these moments can offer insight into yourself and the emotions you’re feeling.

Class 3 – Practicing Alternative Coping Skills. This session introduces practicing new responses to emotional triggers. You will create a personalized list of alternative actions and are encouraged to post it somewhere visible for support and accountability.

Class 4 – Exploring Hunger Cues. Distinguish between physical hunger and emotional hunger. You will learn how to use the hunger scale and explore strategies for creating an eating schedule, especially for those using a GLP‑1/GIP medication who may no longer experience clear hunger cues.

Class 5 – Mindful Eating Principles. You will learn mindful eating practices that help you tune into your body, savor your meals, and support better digestion. The focus is on slowing down, creating a more enjoyable eating experience, and reducing overeating and mindless eating.

Class 6 – Accountability. You will learn about the role of accountability in managing emotional eating. You will create a personalized plan to maintain your progress and stay aligned with your goals.


Movement for Success

Join a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, in a three-class series to manage Type 2 Diabetes and your weight through movement. Learn how everyday activities (NEAT) can improve your health, review the benefits of cardio and strength training for blood sugar control, and check in to track progress and stay motivated. Discover how these key areas can significantly enhance your well-being, waistline, and glucose numbers.

Class 1 – NEAT Approach. Go over how you can use everyday tasks or activities to incorporate more movement into your day without hour-long workouts.

Class 2 – Exercise for Blood Glucose Management. Interested in exercise but don’t know where to begin? Feel like you are exercising more and not seeing the results you want? Join this class to learn more and take small steps to create lasting change.

Class 3 – Momentum Matters. Reconnect, reflect, reignite… staying successful is more than wanting and starting. Let’s check-in and keep moving forward!

 


Motivation and Consistency

Unlock the science behind lasting behavior change. This series will guide you through creating a Wellness Vision, the Principles of Behavior Change, and How to Ask Others for Support. Join Jeanette, a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, to discover how an inspiring wellness vision, effective action plans, and a supportive network can lead to lasting success.

Class 1 – Wellness Vision. Crafting a motivating and encouraging vision for your wellness journey. Increase your motivation.

Class 2 – Principles of Behavior Change. Understanding the key principles that drive successful behavior change and help actions become a habit.

Class 3 – How to Ask Others for Support. Building a strong support system to help you stay on track in the ways that you feel supported.
