Class 3 – Momentum Matters: This session reinforces how long‑term success with movement comes from consistent mindset work, daily NEAT activity, and intentional cardio and strength training. You are encouraged to challenge unhelpful self‑talk, visualize their future stronger and more independent selves, and choose small, repeatable actions that build lasting habits for better glucose control and overall health. The session emphasizes that progress doesn’t require extreme effort — just steady, realistic routines supported by accountability and self‑compassion.
