We encourage you to try all classes in each series! We also offer one-off classes, see details below!

Navigating Your Glucose: A Framework for Success – 7-Week Series:

Managing healthy blood sugars goes beyond the basics of “Just eat right and exercise!”. Making changes begins with envisioning what your ultimate picture of health looks like and learning to address barriers that can get in the way of accomplishing your goals. Explore this in addition to how to optimize the main areas of your health to improve blood sugars and overall health to feel your best healthiest self! Come ready to learn and share your experiences! (These are muted and camera off sessions— so don’t be shy!)
Class 6 – Stress Management: Managing stress is not about eliminating stressors. We can reduce the impact of these “stressors” on your glucose, health and life.

Class 7 – Sleep Better: Explore how the quality and quantity of your sleep can directly affect your blood glucose levels. This class dives into the science behind sleep and metabolism, showing how poor sleep can lead to insulin resistance, cravings, and energy crashes.
