  • An opportunity to work toward type 2 remission* with personalized support from your care team.
Do I get anything for participating?

Everyone who participates in Level2 has the opportunity to improve their health and work toward remission*. With some medical plans, you can even earn Rewards for Health. Please call the number on the back of your health plan ID card for more information.
