Missing Abbott Data

Hello!
Please follow the steps below to re-link and share your CGM data with Level2 so your Care Team can continue supporting you and the progress you’ve made.

  1. Open the Libre 2 App
  2. Tap Menu (3 lines/dots in top left corner)
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Account Settings
  5. Check the email address listed (Is it spelled correctly? Are there any typos? Ex: .con instead of .com)
  1. Open the Libre 2 App
  2. Tap Menu (3 lines/dots in top left corner)
  3. Tap Connected Apps
  4. Under Level2, tap Manage and then Disconnect
  5. Open the Level2 Health App
  6. Tap More (3 dots in bottom right corner)
  7. Tap Settings (Gear icon in top right corner)
  8. Tap Connected Devices
  9. Click Disconnect-next to Abbott FreeStyle Libre
  10. Tap Connect+ and login to FSL account (NOTE: Make sure the email matches the one listed in the Libre 2 App Account Settings)
  11. Click Allow on the HIPPA/Share Data screens
  12. Open the Libre 2 App
  13. Tap Menu (3 lines/dots in top left corner)
  14. Tap Connected Apps
  15. Confirm that Level2 is now listed
