Level2’s Member Community Facebook Group Guidelines

The mission of the Level2 Member Community Facebook group is to create meaningful communication by connecting Level2 specialty care members to each other. This Facebook page is not for the discussion of the individual healthcare plans under which the Level2 specialty care is made available or their benefits.

The information featured in the group is general in nature. It provides general health information designed to complement your personal health management, but it does not provide medical advice or health services,  and it is not meant to replace medical or professional advice or imply coverage of specific clinical services or products. The information you post on this Facebook page is not reviewed or monitored by healthcare professionals.  If a medical emergency or you need immediate medical help, please call 911.  Otherwise, if you have any concerns about your health or wellbeing, including your glucose levels, you should consult with your doctor or contact a Level2 healthcare team member.

The inclusion of links to other web sites does not imply any endorsement of the materials on such websites.

We want everyone to enjoy their experience here, and we welcome all questions and commentary, including criticism. We also have some community rules that all group members agree to abide by in order to make sure everyone has the best experience while they’re here.

Please remember that once you post something on social media, it is no longer private.  There is the potential for numerous individuals to view your post even years from now. We suggest that you exercise caution when posting on any social media sites, including this one, and we recommend that you not share any personal or private information that you would not want expressed publicly.

Although our team monitors the group and engages with members, we may not respond to all comments or questions.

By using or accessing the Level2 Member Community Facebook group, you agree to comply with Facebook’s Terms and Conditions (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms). Any content that is a violation of these terms or is contrary to our company values will be deleted. Facebook has an automatic spam filter, and some posts may be hidden unintentionally as a result.

Some examples of what will not be tolerated on our group are:

  • Abuse, harassment, stalking, threats, or personally attacking others
  • Defamatory, offensive, obscene, or vulgar comments
  • Hateful language targeting race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality, or political beliefs
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful posts/comments
  • Trolling or deliberate disruption of discussion
  • Spam
  • Solicitation of goods or services
  • Uploading files or links that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or devices
  • Anything to do with a human resources or legal issue, legal case, or attorneys. This includes legal action involving Level 2 and its subsidiaries, soliciting individuals to engage in legal action against Level2 and/or its subsidiaries, or offering other legal advice.
  • Posting of any personal information including, but not limited to, benefits, email address, phone number, and/or address.

Level2 reserves the right to remove any posts that don’t adhere to our guidelines as listed above. We also reserve the right to remove from the group anyone who violates these guidelines. GROUP RULES

Be Kind and Courteous

We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is always required.

No Hate Speech or Bullying

Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.

No Promotions or Spam

Give more than you take to this group. Self-promotion, spam, and irrelevant links aren’t allowed.

Respect Everyone’s Privacy

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What’s shared in the group should stay in the group. Again, exercise caution when sharing information on social media, and remember that when you post something on the Internet, it is no longer private.

Terms of Service (Note – “Terms of Service” we will update since we may not do any off-boarding)

Only Level2 patients, users and enrolled members and Level2 coaches and other representatives are allowed in this group.  Level2 may, in its discretion, allow former patients to remain enrolled.

No Discussion of Health Plan Benefits or Incentives

No posting of information or questions regarding health plan benefits or earning incentives through participation in Level2.  This Facebook page is for the Level2 specialty care program.  The health plans under which Level2 specialty care is made available and each health plan’s benefits, and the participation incentives that may be earned, vary by plan and in some cases may vary by state.

Report Rule-Breaking

Report posts/comments that violate our rules. DO NOT verbally attack the post/comment’s author. Do not report posts/comments just because you don’t like or agree with the author’s point of view.
