Dexcom Authentication Outage

Please follow the steps below to re-link and share your CGM data with Level2 so your Care Team can continue supporting you and the progress you’ve made.


  1. Open the Dexcom G6 app 
  2. Go to: Settings > Account > Login Info 
  3. Verify Dexcom username – PLEASE make a note of this 
  4. Scroll down to see if there is a the Third-Party Applications section 
  5. If yes and it shows Level2, click “View and Edit” 
  6. Uncheck the Share Data box 
  7. Select “Confirm” twice  
  8. Open the L2 app 
  9. Go to: More > Settings > Connect Devices 
  10. Select “Disconnect-” and then “Connect+” once available 
  11. Sign into Dexcom account using the Dexcom username you verified in the Dexcom G6 app. 
  12. Make sure that the Permission to Disclose and Authorize Form appears, check the Share Data box as normal, sign and hit “Save and Continue” 
  13. You should then be prompted with the usual success message that their accounts are linked.
