Join one of our Level2 Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coaches, for a comprehensive 6-week series designed to help you manage emotional eating. Each session will focus on different aspects of emotional eating, providing practical tools and strategies to foster healthier eating habits. 

Class 1 – Identifying Your Emotions: Understand the connection between emotions and eating habits. Learn to identify emotional triggers and develop awareness around your eating patterns.
