Tips for a Successful Virtual Care Visit

Helpful reminders

  • Plug in or fully charge your device
  • Test your internet connection and video setup ahead of time
  • Choose a quiet, private location so your visit stays confidential
  • You must be physically located in your home state during the video call
  • Please do not drive during your appointment for safety reasons
  • The visit is fully covered by your Level2 participation, there’s no cost to you

 

How to join

We’ll send you a secure video-visit link via email and SMS 24 hours before your appointment and again 2 hours before your appointment. Simply click the link to connect.

 

Confirmation call

One business day prior, a Level2 Care Coordinator will call to confirm your appointment and answer any questions.

 

 

To prepare, please have on hand:

  • Current A1C or medication list (if available)
  • Photo ID (you’ll show this on camera to verify your identity)

 

Once your provider visit is complete (and if medically appropriate), your Level2 setup kit will ship, and you’ll be connected with your Level2 coach to kick off your personalized care plan.
