Level2 2022 Group Coaching Calendar

Hello! We are happy to announce we will be offering an 8-week group coaching session titled “Healthy (and Happy!) through the Holidays.”  These sessions will run the weeks of Oct 17th – Dec 12.  Each week you will meet with your group coach and other Level2 members to set up a plan to help you face some aspects of the holidays that may be challenging.

Topics for these sessions include:
